Helping people to spot fake news is a very large topic that would take quite a while to create content about. Are you going to focus on showing an article of fake news, then show other articles to prove this is fake news? Or will it be, fake news can be defined by point A, point B and point C, so if you see this in an article then it is fake news? Or is it what i think you will do and show how to do the research yourself to find out if its fake news and make your own mind up about the article? I look forward to where the project takes you and seeing what results from it.

You're right, it's the last of those. I want to teach people the skills to evaluate information for themselves. And yes, it is a very large topic!

Oh, that's fantastic, Rachel! Both, the idea of addressing such topic and the new format. It has been nice to see you sort of in person:). As my granny said, "You'll never improve if you do not practice" and although that was mostly meant for knitting or cross stitching at the time, it is perfectly valid in so many other fields too. Especially when we try something new and find that we are not quite at home with that yet.
Much luck, motivation and inspirations for you with this new journey! Oh, and as long as the videos you make are not very formal yet, please show us George often too ;).

Your granny was wise, as grannies often are. I sometimes forget that I need to practise a new skill, and feel bad that I can't do it straight away, even though I know perfectly well that that's nonsense.

Thanks for your encouragement - I really appreciate it. I promise Lots of George, too :-)
